 It’s November! 


What will fifth graders be learning this week? 

  • Positivity Project Focus: “Integrity” 

  • Literacy: Finishing Our Essays & Learning about Monologues

  • Math: Unit 3: Multiplying & Dividing Fractions

  • Social Studies: Age of Exploration: What were Indigenous civilizations like before Europeans came to the New World? What happened when those two worlds met?

  • Science: Review of Web of Life Unit

Homework:

  • Please read at least 25 minutes each day. 

    • Consider reading and discussing a book together. 

    • Ask: 

      • What happened in your book today?

      • What do you think will happen next?
